Thermulation I:

Program for the simulation of thermodynamic basic phenomena on the basis of energy quantization.

This program enables to simulate different basic phenomena with particle numbers of up to 100.000, which can easily be taken from the names of the register sheets. (Thermodynamic data of a pure substance, temperature as quantum phenomena, thermal work in temperature equilibrium between two systems, thermodynamic equilibria, entropy maximum, mass action quotient, principle of least constraint, etc.) The shelf model and the fluid model are both integrated into the program surface and show that the storage of thermal energy can also be described phenomenally with the classical, mechanical analogue (fluid model).

The program has been published by LENAU-Verlag, is delivered on CD with instructions (46 pages in DIN A4 binding), runs on WinXP, Win7 and costs 20 € (including VAT and shipping)

Thermulation II:

Program for the calculation of thermal properties from spectroscopic data and simulation of some basic phenomena on the basis of energy quantization

This program works with particle numbers from 1 mole down to 1 nmol. It shows how the thermal energy is distributed to the degrees of freedom of translation, rotation, and vibration of atomic and molecular gases A2/AB respectively. Isothermic and adiabatic state changes, Carnot processes and the expansion into the vacuum can be simulated.

The program has been published by LENAU-Verlag, comes with a manual (46 pages in DIN A4 binding), runs on WinXP, Win7 and costs 20 EUR (including VAT and shipping)
